Adding up the Miles

Not long to go now!
So I thought I'd reflect on my preparations to date.

In the 10 months or so I've been building up to Challenge 30 I've run:

7 Official marathons, including a 3in3
2 full Windermere courses
9 full Langdales, including 3in3
7 30 mile hilly training runs at home
8 24 mile hilly circuits at home
5 single laps of Langdale

Countless evening runs and hill runs during the weeks

And I've been to the gym around 160 times for around 1 1/2 hours each time.

All in all that's over 1000 (mainly difficult!) miles and 240 hours in the gym.

Now-  skip the gym, but I will be running 786 miles in 30 days during Challenge 30. Puts it into perspective!
