At the Gym

Took my son to the gym today - and we filmed a great little compilation video of all the type of exercises I have been doing at least 4 times per week for nearly a year now.

The idea is to build muscle endurance, resilience to common multi day ultra endurance injuries and general all round fitness. It's not all about running you know - and now you have access to some of my trade secrets!!
