I don't know what you've been doing over Easter - me, I've been running. And running. And running.
Three long runs in succession to finish my latest set of 10 days. The second one was a real struggle - no problems with my legs, just couldn't get any energy through. So I ate much better that evening, had more for breakfast and ran my fastest time on day three. It's really illustrated how important re-fuelling is. The problem is you don't always feel like it.
Physio today showed not much damage - a bit tighter on my right leg, but because of my foot and then achilles injury that's always the case. Quite manageable though.
